Admin & HR Officer

The Admin/HR Officer reports to the Chief Operating Officer and is responsible for assisting with preparation of financial statements, maintaining cash controls, purchasing, maintaining accounts payable and managing office operations. In addition, the Admin/HR Officer is also responsible for performing a variety of human resource support duties. He/She will assist in maintaining the human resource database and all employee records and files, handles payroll processing and tracks and reports payroll information. Completes assigned reporting functions involving attendance statistics, termination, hire and transfer data, and other information assigned. Provides recommendations regarding the development and administration of human resource policies and programs. Assists in informing new employees of human resource policies and programs as needed.

Relationship Officer



Job Description

The Relationship Officer will coordinate the successful integration of our banking software into client enterprises (majorly MFBs & PMIS). He/She will be responsible for the successful implementation of the application through the phases of installation, setup, training to live take-off. This position requires a lot of interaction with clients and the successful candidate must be amiable, good natured, patient and detailed in carrying out his/her assignments.

The ideal candidate must be technology-oriented and will be required to possess an in-depth understanding of banking and/or accounting experience. The ideal candidate must be a team player, possess the ability to communicate effectively and be willing to work hard.

Skills and qualifications

• OND / HND (Accounting) or Degree in Sciences

• Must possess AAT Qualifications

• Very good computer literacy skills

• Strong numeracy skills

• Work experience in a similar role with extensive software implementation skills will be an added advantage
